For the Song Charitable Fund is a Tax Exempt Nevada Nonprofit Corporation. Prior to that, our funds were held at the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada, so we have provided donors with contribution deductibility for over 2 years now. Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We’re also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106 or 2522.
